Registration fee includes events, meeting, and lunch on both April 23rd and April 24th. Attendees must submit the registration form and payment prior to April 13th in order to be completely registered and included for meals and events.
If you must cancel for any reason, notify us via email [email protected] or fax at (804)545-5501 before April 13, 2018.
Your registration will be refunded less a $15 processing fee.
Cancellations after April 13, 2018 are non-refundable.
Refunds will be given as follows:
- Written cancellation on or before Friday, April 13, 2018
- No refund will be given after Friday, April 13, 2018
Substitutions & Transfers
If unable to attend, you may transfer your registration or assign a substitute attendee with notice to VTC. Notification must be received in writing via email [email protected] or by April 13, 2018.
No transfers/substitutions will be allowed after this date.
