Virtual Orientation Schedule

Join Virginia Tourism Corporation (VTC) on March 23 -25, 2021 for a 3-day virtual event where you will learn about VTC’s marketing techniques, practices and how you can participate in VTC’s marketing programs and move forward together.

Register once to participate in all of the sessions for three days. Registration is free. All sessions will be recorded and added to the Orientation page.

March 23: Day 1

• 9:00 – 9:05 am – “Welcome”
• 9:05 – 9:40 am – Research: “It all begins here.  Is your Data Ready?”
• 9:40 – 10:40 am – Partnership Marketing
• 5-Minute Break
• 10:45 – 11:25 am – Welcome Center Opportunities / PMAP

March 24: Day 2

• 9:00 – 10:00 am – VTC Brand
• 10:00 – 10:45 am – Communications: PR, Social Media + Content Marketing
• 5-Minute Break
• 10:50 – 11:45 am – Digital Marketing

March 25: Day 3

• 9:00 – 10:30 am – Domestic Sales / International Marketing
• 10:30 – 11:15 am – Virginia Film Office
