VTC has compiled a list of content creators and graphic design resources for your creative needs. This list is only a starting point and is not all-inclusive of the talent found throughout the state, but we have worked with and can recommend these photo and video creators. For graphic design services, online design communities are a great place to start your search to find and hire a freelance designer.
Prior to beginning any work, be sure to review the ARPA reimbursement stipulations to ensure you secure any necessary paperwork (invoices, etc.) along the way.

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS
Behance
An online network of creatives and professionals. Behance offers users the ability to post job listings for freelance opportunities. Partners may post their company, scope of required work, and other relevant details here as a job listing. Designers would contact you in return. A great option for finding experienced candidates looking for work opportunities.
Black Creatives RVA
A directory of designers in Richmond, VA which spotlights the community of Black creative professionals. An excellent resource to find graphic designers who are multi-talented with experience in a variety of fields including branding, graphic design, and even web design.
Dribbble
An online creative network for artists and designers similar to behance. Dribbble offers a section to find designers available for hire or freelance projects. This is effectively the reverse of behance. Designers post themselves as available for freelance or hire, and you can reach out to discuss your needs. The site even offers the ability to sort by location, so partners who would prefer to work with a local may have the chance to do so. Alternatively, this also grants access to a nationwide talent pool of designers available to work with you remotely.
Fiverr
An online network of people offering a variety of services — including many graphic designers. Designers of varying skill levels offer services for quick projects at inexpensive rates. This is a good resource for time-sensitive work and/or non-critical design work, but partners should carefully review the designers’ body of work, experience, prices, timelines and offerings before hiring. This is a viable option for small creative needs that cannot be accomplished in-house, but for more involved work, an actual freelance designer is typically a better option to ensure a high quality product and consistent executions across campaign collateral.
