President's Notes

The Honorable Tim Kaine, Governor of Virginia, spoke to an audience of federal and state tourism officials as well as private-sector tourism professionals on the importance of transportation for travelers. The future success of transportation in Virginia has much to do with partnerships. Currently, VTC enjoys a close connection with VDOT, which builds and maintains the best roadway access and signage programs possible, thus serving Virginia’s tourism industry and travelers.

VTC offers several resources to members of Virginia’s travel industry so we can stay informed and engaged about transportation. You can access them at www.VATC.org. Let's all work together to make Virginia's consumer travel experience safe, easy and accessible for everyone.
