New World" Opens 
The New World,
an epic film written and directed by Terrence Malick and starring
Colin Farrell as John Smith, opens in theatres January 13th and will be open everywhere
January
20. The film is a sweeping adventure set
amidst the first encounter of European and Virginia Indian
cultures during the founding of Jamestown settlement in 1607. The
New World leads into the 400th
Anniversary of Jamestown and America that will be commemorated
in 2007, statewide. Go
