The VTC Travel & Consumer Show program is about to start for the 2008-2009 season.
Very soon we will be exhibiting in the AARP Life + 50 Show in Washington, DC and in the Pennsylvania RV Show both during the month of September. In October we will exhibit in the Metro Washington, DC, Cooking Show. Other new shows this year include the Novi, Michigan International Women’s show and the Southern Women’s Show in Raleigh, North Carolina.
We are pleased to announce that the VTC and the SVTA have worked together to have four new bold and modern exhibit booths produced with the new “Live Passionately” theme for this season. These exhibits will be entirely different from the past and will have an open booth concept which will generate increased foot traffic to the exhibit.
There will be two spinning brochure racks capable of holding twenty pockets of standard size rack brochures. These will replace the wooden table racks. There will be no individual backdrop photo panels. The new backdrop will be the cover of four of the new VTC Travel Guides. Additional individual media coverage will be produced for a digital electronic large picture frame. Travel & Consumer Show participants for 2009 will have the opportunity to be included in the multi media presentation slide show being shown on the picture frame. Details on joining in this new medium will be available at a later date.
The deadline date for participants is September 30th. Please respond as soon as possible. It is expected that all of the forty pockets will sell out quickly.
