Instructions for adding your "Live Passionately for Less" Promotion or Discount to Virginia.org
View the "Live Passionately for Less" promotions and discounts on Virginia.org.
- Go to the www.Virginia.org website, click on the bottom right, “Add/Update a Listing”
- Log into the Administration Tool with your user ID and Password
- If you do not have an account for the Admin Tool, click here to register. This may take one business day for the Account Registration to be processed.
- Once you are logged in, click on ‘Create a New Listing’.
- Title the listing the name of your promotion or discount and include the "deal" in the name. Select ‘Promotion/Discount’ from the drop-down list. Click ‘Next’.
- On the screen, “Promotion/Discount”, select sub-categories in either ‘Promotion’ or ‘Discount’ (do not select subcategories in both). Select "40th Anniversary" as your sub-category
- Please add your description and tailor it to describe your promotion or discount in an easy paragraph format. Add the dates that the promotion or discount is valid. Your description may be up to 850 characters in length.
- Each promotion or discount must include one of the following in the description:
- 40% off
- $40 off
- 3 people paid admission/fourth free
- 3 nights/fourth free
- When completed, click ‘Next’.
- On this screen, enter the address of the location of the promotion or discount. Be sure to select the region and locality in the drop-down menus. Add your phone number, email and a website address where more information can be found. To add an image, select ‘Browse’ and find the image on your computer. The image will be resized and uploaded when you click ‘Submit’.
- Once submitted, the promotion or discount will be placed in our review queue. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been accepted to Virginia.org, usually about 2-3 business days. You can view the promotions and discounts on Virginia.org.
