Rates & Specifications

Translite Guidelines:
The mock-up or electronic version of the advertising image must accompany the reservation form or be submitted electronically prior to receipt of form and/or approval of the translite. The design of the final image for the translite must be approved by VTC.

Images will be reviewed by VTC every two years for replacement.  VTC reserves the right to request updated images and renewal(s) may be denied if updated image is not produced.  VTC incurs no expense for the production of the advertising images nor will refunds be made at any time.

Translite Rates:
Rates for Translite panels are set based on the quantity of placement locations. The standard rate is $945.00 annually per location. There is limited space and availability.

Translite Specifications:

When you are offered a rental space you will need to produce your translite image. The translite images are backlit by fluorescent tubing.  It is our recommendation to produce your image with the highest quality possible. Start with an image that is 300 dpi. Web images are unacceptable as they are only 72 dpi.  Use imaging software when creating your translite insert as Microsoft Word is not equipped for the large format and is a text publisher. Images with lighter content stand out more prominently than images carrying darker content. And though one image is not always possible, one strong image tends to standout better in a room of brochures and racks. For production, please have your printer produce the image on gloss photo paper, if possible. The second option is 100# gloss text paper.
