Display Panels Our Fredericksburg and Clear Brook Welcome Centers have laminated display panels enhanced by spotlights and ceiling fixtures. Advertising Display Panel Conditions A mock-up or electronic version of the advertising image must be submitted prior to final approval or production. It is our recommendation to produce very bright images as panels are protected by non-glare material and are not back-lit. The design of the final image for installation in the ad panel must be approved by VTC. Upon VTC’s approval and installation payment is expected and advertising space rental begins on the 1st day of the following month. Images will be reviewed by VTC every two years for replacement. VTC reserves the right to request updated images and renewal(s) may be denied if updated image is not produced. VTC incurs no expense for the production of the advertising images nor will refunds be made at any time. |
