Wytheville Tourism Supported During VTC’S April Wytheville Help Desk
Virginia Tourism and the Wytheville Convention and Visitors Bureau held a successful day of Outreach & Training in Wytheville April 1.
* The Help Desk was featured by Danny Gordon of WYVE/WXBX Radio, WDBJ – Channel 7 (CBS affiliate out of Roanoke) and WVVA – Channel 6 (NBC affiliate out of Bluefield, WV)

VTC Help Desk
Virginia Tourism and the Wytheville Convention & Visitors Bureau worked with over 85 local and regional tourism businesses for outreach and training at a recent ‘Help Desk’ at The Wytheville Meeting Center. VTC staff met one-on-one with tourism businesses including dining, lodging, retail, event and attractions, from Wytheville, Big Stone Gap and even Williamsburg. Businesses took advantage of Virginia Tourism’s education, development and marketing services and discussed best practices in reaching travelers, the media and increasing tourism visitation and spending.
