Richmond Metro Area Tourism Highlighted During VTC's July Help Desk
TUESDAY, JULY 13, 2010
Virginia Tourism and the Richmond Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau held a Help Desk at the Richmond Convention Center.Virginia Tourism and RMCVB staff met one-on-one with over 100 local and regional tourism businesses to assist them in developing their business and marketing plans. These businesses included dining, lodging, retail, outdoor, event and attractions from Richmond and surrounding areas. Businesses took advantage of Virginia Tourism’s education, development and marketing services and discussed best practices in reaching travelers, the media and increasing tourism visitation and spending.
